MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION

For the detection of surface and sub-surface marks on all types of ferromagnetic materials.

MANUAL ULTRASONIC

Used on welds, forged metal, sheet metal of all materials, according to ISO and ASME standards.

TOFD ULTRASONIC

TOFD tests can detect small marks even in great thicknesses, to very precise heights and lengths.

PHASED ARRAY ULTRASONIC

PHASED ARRAY testing detects small marks even in great thicknesses, to very precise heights and lengths.

VISUAL

Visual testing can be direct or indirect, with a video-endoscope, and can involve sizing.

EDDY CURRENT

This can detect small surface and sub-surface defects.

ACOUSTIC EMISSION

Through the acoustic emission technique, crack-like marks can be detected and positioned under stress.

RADIOGRAPHIC

Normally used on welds of reactors, pressure vessels, pipes, micro-cast metal, forged valves, etc.

GUIDED WAVE

It allows corroded areas to be detected along a pipeline up to distances of tens of metres in either direction from the access point.
