OUR COMPANY, I&T NARDONI INSTITUTE SRL, IS ACCREDITED AS A LABORATORY FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING UNDER STANDARDS ISO 9001:2015 AND ISO 17025:2018 (LAB 1542L) ACCORDING TO ISO AND ASME STANDARDS.

Since our foundation, our way of doing things at the Nardoni Institute's testing laboratory has been based on ethical and behavioural principles that individuals follow as guiding principles. These principles establish minimum standards of what is considered right or wrong where there is no specific legislation governing the matter. They are what define the quality of service we offer our customers.

All our staff always work in the name of and on behalf of the Nardoni Institute and not as individuals. All are required to:


 1.  Behave honestly towards all parties. Particularly sensitive situations or high physical or emotional stress cannot justify slander or falsification of test reports or quality data records. The proper carrying out of activities allows, first and foremost, for the respect of everyone involved and, as part of a responsible organisation, represents and spreads the image of the company. It is an important guarantee for the market, which can recognise a reputation for professional reliability.


 2.  Carry out all activities safely and all assessments objectively. Failing to do so is detrimental first of all to the worker, as they expose themselves to serious risk, and also undermines the trust of customers towards the Nardoni Institute.


 3.  Working with the notion of social responsibility in mind leads to choices and actions that really contribute to the wellbeing and interest of society as well as to the organisation itself.

4.  With respect of our interlocutors, we consider it indispensable to communicate in a polite, respectful, clear and honest manner our high value-added service attitude. Communication is not solely verbal. Also the way we dress, our personal orderliness, hygiene and posture are inevitably interpreted and communicate an image of the Nardoni Institute. 


 5.  Avoiding confrontational situations and assuming a cooperative approach, while maintaining one's loyalty to the commitments of integrity and professional role are conditions that strengthen the perception of the added value of the service provided. 


 6.  Safety in the workplace is a moral obligation towards ourselves and others. For the Nardoni Institute, the use of individual protection tools and compliance with behavioural standards is considered a sign of conscious maturity.


 7.  We share with our customers a relationship of true partnership. In practice, this includes, in addition to technical competence, full compliance with the organisational rules regarding compliance with planning and timings that must be clearly agreed between the coordinating functions of the Nardoni Institute, compliance with contractual agreements and engagements.
